Maintenance and service

Tamtron has professional installation and maintenance personnel. Tamtron's expertise in service and maintenance is extensive and support is always available when required. Tamtron can provide an efficient and cost-effective maintenance service and will take responsibility for the scale systems' performance and quality.
Inspecta has granted Tamtron the rights to perform initial verification as well as verification rights after service activities. This means that verification can be performed right after installation or directly after maintenance by our maintenance personnel, saving time and money for all parties involved.
Weighing system calibration services
For calibration work carried out at our Tampere factory, Tamtron has equipment (0–2 000 kg and 0–10 000 kg), which has been calibrated using accredited weights. We also have equipment for 0–50 tonne and 0–100 tonne calibrations, based on comparison sensors. Before delivery, this equipment is used to calibrate each scale at seven points between its minimum and maximum working loads. In this way our customers can always rely on the accuracy of Tamtron's scales. Tamtron performs calibrations during maintenance services or if the customer asks for a calibration certificate for a quality system.
